dji osmo

Hi all, I’ve been asked if it’s possible to shoot a Timelapse for a minor bit of building work which will take 2 days - approx 20 hours of labour. Is this possible with a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 or Sony A7IV and if so, would there be any risks to the cameras in terms of overheating or burning out...

I purchased a DJI osmo when it was first released and have never taken it out of the packaging, I've tried getting a quote on mpb but when ever i fill the device name and condition of the camera, the quote price still says £0.00. I don't know if this is normal or there's a fault with the website...
