capture one pro

It used to be very easy to share images from Aperture, just click Share from the File menu, but I can't find the equivalent on my version of C1Pro (V23 , build 16.2.6.7). Up to now I've had to export the image, import it into something else (usually Photos) and use File > Share from there. But...

I realise Monitors, Printers and Papers as well as the images in question all vary. But interested to know what settings do you use most when making adjustments to the virtual copy for printing? I hope this is not a stupid question.

Last night to cheer my self up, I bought Affinity Photo plus the Work Book. I am also just trying out the 30 Day Free trial of Capture One Pro 11, looks good at the moment.
