hello :)

please can someone help me to scan a 35mm film using a digital camera ?

i the past i did it with a medium format and worked fine but i had lot more issues using a 35mm.

because i struggle to keep it flat !

What can i use to do that ? to keep it flat ?

To scan, I place the camera on the column of an enlarger, but I'm having trouble finding the right solution to keep the negative flat with the light underneath... I would need a negative holder and can you recommend something to 3D print that you have already verified works ?

i have a durst neonon 50mm and bellows.

Either buy a slide duplicator (full frame cameras only) or buy a piece of glass to hold the film flat on a light box.
 
I cut a piece of card same sort of size as a slide film holder. Or buy a film holder designed for scanners.
 
When my flatbed scanner stopped working (upgrade to W11), I set up a scanner with my digital camera plus close-up filter and this negative holder.
The neg holder is for use with a mobile phone, but just the base with illuminated window at the right distance from my camera lens seems to do a good job.

  • using a 50mm lens on column of an enlarger with apsc body, how much distant had to stay that 50mm lens from the camera sensor ?
  • is adviced to take a single capture or more then one ?

The distance from the end of the lens to the negative will depend on your lens. I suggest single negatives for each negative frame.
I have used my Samsung NX with 16-50mm lens plus a close-up filter lens, that needs around 100mm and it only fills half the image frame. It is enough, and gives nice images.
Just recently I have bought a Sigma 50mm 2.8 Macro lens that gets to nearly 60mm and this will fill the image frame on my APSC Pentax DSLR.
I will try the Pentax out today (film drying at the moment).

Note most regular 50mm lenses will not focus close enough to give big images.
