It's pretty simple, basically follow the edits in PS shown in the video above. I didn't, but it was similar enough...

Updated the description; realized I left out a step.
The remove tool doesn't work on the horizon line with Steve's image; I tried that first. I think it's because it is too significant a portion of the image so the AI want's to "repair it" rather than remove it.
