Yes
It isn't often this happens, but yesterday I stumbled across these two beauties.

Both in excellent condition. Although, the Retina could benefit from a service. I usually look in the glass cases when I visit a charity shop, but a disc camera caught my eye, and there was a shelf full of photographic stuff, on this occasion. Compact cameras are very much where I'm at lately.

I picked up a Contina a few years ago at a bric a brac market, but the shutter was jammed. This one cost me just the same and is in better condition too.

How is the Big C Neville, have you tried it yet?

The Contina? No, not yet. It's taunting me all the time. :p
No the Kodak, super stellar lens on that !

Read about Kodak big C

I am so jealous.

Ah! Yes, I'm aware that it's a sought after camera. To be honest I was surprised to find it sat there on the shelf. I can only imagine that nobody could work out how to operate the folding lens. I won't make it worse by telling you how much I paid for it. ;)

I dread to think. :)

I actually have 2 Fed 4's in externally beautiful condition. One is my original one from when I was 13. My Dad took me to Wildings ( long gone ) to choose between a Zorki 4 or the Fed 4L. sadly although the curtains seem to run at the correct speed testing with a flashgun they are now so deteriorated that they don't hold light.
I got a second for £5 off eBay but that suffers from the same problem. Considering I'm 65 now that was 52 years ago so I'm not surprised.
