I very rarely get ads during a video with an adblocker. If a long advert comes up at the very beginning, just refresh the page and the video normally starts. If watching on TV it's a bit less convenient!
When did you last try it?

Last night. I watched several videos.

I've not had that pop up on screen for a good few weeks now.
It only started here this week! And it is so quick you cant read it, took me several goes with PrtSc to get it

I've been getting it for probably most of this year on and off! It's almost like the blocker works, and then YT get wise to it and you get the pop up for a bit and then the blocker starts working again, etc etc

If ever I had a favourite landscape photographer - unlikely anyway, because it could be any one of hundreds - I doubt entirely that they would appear on youtube, of all places.

Landscape photography for sure isn't about anyone rabbiting on to camera in video-selfie mode (= up their own behind!). A photograph, hopefully, is a vital distillation - not a talk show.

Harrumph!

Another for fototripper, adam gibbs, ken evans mono, and a local to me ian worth.

We've not watched Fototripper for a while. Entertaining, but occasionally a bit too much in our opinion. Certainly a good photographer though.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I tried watching him a while ago and thought he was a bit much at times, but I've given him another go and he's growing on me.

Stu McGlennon is halfway decent, a cut above the rest imo.
