EOS Utility problem

This is very unlikely to be an issue with the canon software! It is highly likely your USB contoller(s) have got their knickers in a twist and are not passing the correct datat to the EOS utility application. The USB controller(s) need to be reset. Go to the Windows "Device Manager". Find the...
