Because my Macbook hdd was FULL.
So I transferred the photos to the ext hdd and deleted them off the Macbook.
Then I put new photos onto the Macbook so the photo area of the old photos would have been overwritten by the new photos.
Does this make logical sense?
Or something else is possible...

Was it a crash or deleted data, etc?
Did they manage to get back even data that had been overwriiten?

But I think this service is pretty basic.
They also mentioned 'if your hdd crashes..."
Think its mostly for crashes.
If I want to recover my overwritten data, I really need a specialist service, if there's any chance at all.
