Tried shooting in RAW once home from work. The RAW, NEF file still opens up with the same issue when the same picture was taken. This is now pointing to it being a more serious a fault with the camera.

Just bought myself a Sigma 170 - 500mm lens and I could do with a monopod for it as its a bit heavy for keeping steady free hand. Any recommendations on what to get. Also I am on a tight budget just no so nothing to pricey please.
