I bought my last PC (~2 years ago) from them and everything was fine, it took around a week to be delivered and not had any issues since. They must have been recommended on here a lot at the time as I hadn't heard of them until I did some searches.

Hopefully not - I didn't often fill the buffer on my Pentax which was around 20ish RAW files, though it would take 4 seconds or so to take that many images then.
