Thanks, Steep. Yes, I've re-installed TWICE, with the same results. I even downloaded a 30D-specific driver and installed that, to no avail. Have just dumped a large technical support issue on Canon via their web-site. Cheers, Clive

Just loaded the software that came with my Canon DIGITAL EOS Solutions CD that came with my EOS 30D. Each time I try to run the EOS Utility that's supposed to permit me to upload pics from the camera, I get an message Application cannot be launched. HAYALP!!! Has anyone come across this...
