O yes it is an old lens i had it years ago and i got it 2nd hand at the time, not sure if it is worth bothering with or not

Hi I have a Sigma super wide 2 AF 24mm F/2.8 which works fine on the old canon 35mm camera but on the 350D it just gives error 99. Which is a shame as it use to take some nice pics once....are these any use to people anymore or is it just going to sit in the bottom of the drawer cheers

Hi I have just been looking through the thread of photos taken with the above lens. This does look like a very good portrait lens to add to my kit, is this the one they call the niffy 50? Do you think this is worth getting Cheers

Got you as my ISO is 400 at present.....also adjusted the AF mode to AI Focus thanks im actually am learning something here, just got to remember it:lol:

In Av mode i have it selected to AI Servo in the AF mode menu selection, will this make a difference if i changed it to ONE-SHOT

so how do you adjust the shutter speed in Av mode, or cant you cheers you can guess im trying to adjust the camera as im going along:)

yes it did trigger the flash. But i would of thought that would make the 2nd photo more brighter

when you say a little soft, what does this mean and what adjustments can be made to adjust this

As im playing around with the settings i took these two photos of my daughter 1st using the Av setting on the canon 350D 1/10 5.6 2nd using the auto portrait mode 1/60 5.6 Although she could done with a good scrub up before becoming my model today why are these photos so...

What is the reason behind selecting F2.8? is there aything special about this Cheers
