The black and white one is my favourite. Caught with the right shutter speed so you can see the water particles, and the rock contrasts just enough with the water.

This really grinds my gears, I call bollucks to the concept of not being able to photograph something because it's "private property", it's your camera, your intellectual property - you don't need permission.
This really depends on your aim, Most places can work depending on what you want to achieve. However, if you're doing something like Landscape photography I'd recommend travelling around and finding something aesthetic.
Intermediate photographers here, been shooting for 2+ years with DSLR's.
Enjoy portrait photography and landscape. Looking to do more product photography though.
