Thanks for your help - deleting all the previews and redoing them didn't make any difference but I closed everything dow n and restarted everything then sent the tiff back to PS from Lightroom - it asked me if I wanted to overwrite the settings as it had been adjusted in another program...
SO - I still love photoshop for post processing but I import and catalog in Lightroom Classic - I sometimes do edit in Lightroom as well but I prefer doing by wildlife images in PS. I have notcied a problema and am looking for anyone that can help me solve it.
I export the image I want to edit...
But it's a different design - which I'm not sure I am keen on - the whole ring comes off rather than just the foot - I just got the new version of the 24-70 mainly because I prefer the internal zoom and the weight difference is very welcome - I would probably have gone for the new 70-200 were it...
It's subjective - which do YOU prefer and what are you trying to achieve - the second shot is lovely - personally I prefer tht one. I find the Infinity Skin and Unify plug-ins for photoshop excellent for adjusting skin tones.
totally agree with this - I have found when comparing DXO PR5 over sharpens things - LRC denoise looks more natural to me. When I look back at some photos that I processed with Photolab 7 when I was finding my way they look really fake to me so I reprocessed them in LRC/Photoshop.

toss up between speed and space - with LRC it no longer produces an extra DNG file. I use LRC and put up with the speed issue and use DXO PR5 for batch processing (which I rarely have to use). DXO are no different - sure you have a perpetual license but you still have to upgrade every year or so...
Godox AD200Pro II would be my choice (can get these for about £280 new - gives you room for an X3 Nano trigger, stand and maybe an octabox or rectangular box . Might take you just over your budget but would be a good place to start. Easy to get into budget with same but second hand - maybe...
Ok - ta - will try that - although I have been told off before for putting multiple posts up for similar items - e.g. I have three lenses I want to put on and assumed from what I was previously told that shold all be on the same post/thread
I am trying to upload some images to classifieds - not had issues before but I have about 20 images to load onto a thread but I am only able to load five of them - each file is about 25kb so I don;t think it's a size issue - when I upload multiple files the files names are there but only the...
Tried a couple of guest nights - definitely wasn't for me but there were some stunning images on display and I know someone peersonally who is a member of the club and has benfited enormously from it with a great improvement in her images. I think you should give it a try and I think you will...
