After taking on board some comments and reading this thread Tamron-17_50 I think I'm going to start with replacing the kit lens for the Tamron and then in a few months go for the body upgrade.

Aaron could you post a link to the exact lens you mention as there seem to be a few. I should have replaced my kit lens already so maybe that's the first step.

Video would just be an added bonus really. The body is the easier choice, whereas there are quite a few lenses. With a budget of £650 what lens/s would I be able to get that would be better than the two zooms that I currently have?.

Yes I did have a go when I was in Currys recently and have done a good bit of review checking on the net. Dave_83 can you elaborate on how you feel it was a good choice upgrading. Has it improved the output of your current lenses?.

I try to take a range of shots. When I see the quality of some of the images other people have produced I would like to try and improve and hence my conundrum to body/lens. Its just a mine field of choice and expensive mistake to make.

Have changed the spelling of Gallery's the Galleries, although both work in the spell checker, maybe should just go for Gallery. Silly mistake with Architecture which is now correct. I'm still looking into the framing of the simpleviewer pages. I can of course make the album open on it's own...

I went last year for my first time and it rained. Didn't really think that much of the event myself but it always seems to get good responses on here. I would say find a good spot close to the track very early on and stick to it.

Nice layout. Not keen on the lightning below the logo image as it detracts from the text. Also don't like having to keep closing down seperate windows each time I click on an image to view. Nice collection of images. Hope that helps

The buttons are a set size but I'm sure I could do something, also when you say intergrate them with the bar do you mean the line under the red. I will see what it looks like but the reason for the lines at the top and bottom was a bit of design so I like them as they are. I often see posts...
