Run away. Run fast. You don't *know* what the reporter is *really* doing a story on. (On a side note, you cannot withdraw the photo you submitted originally, see the T&Cs on their site, you've already granted them full use of the image just by submitting it.)

I don't think it will be reported as the work of an Urbex photographer, more like an implication the BBC found out for themselves. Paraphrasing my mate a bit here, though. Ewan

I've just spoken to a mate who works for the Beeb, Gary's safe. There's pretty much no way the BBC would reveal the source of any news story, it will be told as "sources reveal..." Ewan EDIT: although this thread is probably fairly incriminating, might want to be deleted by a mod.

Sorry, let me rephrase what I said: I do not believe that I am a better photographer than you, I do have more experience, though. That helps when you're trying to get the picture you see in your head onto a sensor or piece of film. And I totally agree (apart from the critique) with specialman...

I've just sat back and read the whole thread. Wow, chill out everyone. The "L" thing was a bit of banter. First, I don't think I'm a much better photographer than you, Gary, but I've taken a lot more photos. That helps a lot. As a Canon owner it's a no-brainer, if you've got the money you buy...

I nearly changed my name to one with those initials when very drunk once. Long story and not for a family audience...
