Try paisley freight (think that's what they are called) - have used them in the past and found it good for large items. They have mixed reviews, but I've no complaints from my experiences.

Tried out a new lens for the X-T1 (50-230) and made a paracord strap for it (which i'm pretty pleased with!)

I personally rather like the Canon pixma MP range - superb quality and reliability (imho) and compatible inks are very cheap and work as well as the originals.

I'd be interested in knowing this - I assume there is no issue with camping (in the loosest sense!) over night on snowdon?

Think you might have a point about the accessories - i pretty much always buy that sort of thing from Amazon or the like. they are always much more expensive in physical shops. The price of cameras (as a whole) has dropped over the years, so less margin to be made. the way people shop has...

Invest in time & techniques! think of lenses as a long term investment! - make sure you choose well, and it'll be money well spent
