O2 FTW!! I used to hate Orange as you would be on a call with full signal, then all of a sudden the call randomly drops. I used to laugh as they must know this is an issue as their small prints states that the call will be free if you call back after being cut off after 30 seconds of it happening.

I've found the battery impossible to wear out! Has anyone used the battery reconditioner on the charger? I've not used mine at all yet as it tells me the battery is 'healthy' still.

If I was looking for a MKIII battery I think I would go for a Canon one, considering they work so well. If I purchased a generic non Canon one I would be worried I would need to replace it later down the line and would end up costing more then if I just purchased the Canon one to begin with...

If you plan to keep your 50D then sorted! lens on each, 24-70 on the 5D and your setup for anything.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that you can change your license once a year, not sure if that just applies for a download though...

I use my 24-105 f4 in the church without issues. You have a 70-200 2.8 IS which would come in handy too! Would the 85mm give you enough reach on a FF body?

I know that Canon and Nikon all put their prices up earlier in the year a couple of times due to the economic crisis. Could be down to that...
