I was so looking forward to this update. I was like a kid on the night before Christmas. Now that I have it I'm wondering what all the fuss was about. Maybe it'll be a slow burner and I'll come to love it in time. I still don't have MMS working either despite sending MMS to 1010.

I've bought 3 sets of these for myself, friends and family and they've all worked fine. My set up is an EOS 350D and a 380ex speedlight but I have also used them to trigger the studio flashes at college. Have you tried contacting them and asking for a replacement? They could just be faulty...

Hi Matt, May I ask how you went about getting your pictures in print? Were you asked to take the pictures by the magazines and newspapers or do you just send in what you have taken and give them permission to use them for free if they wish? Congratulations by the way.

Does anyone know if the L series lenses are prone to failing in the short term? I've just bought an L lens with a US warranty and I was kind of looking forward to a life time of hassle free use. Am I being naive?
