problem with photos help (olympus vr-340)

hi. 2 days ago i bought an Olympus vr-340. I have a problem with some indoor photos at red color in wall. The problem is some white circles. Look at the photo. http://tzitzikas.webs.com/photo.JPG What is this? It is a problem with camera? Thank you advance.
