I was at a nightclub one time and a photographer was taking pics. When he was taking the pictures. He was moving this camera about. a little shaking if u know what i mean. Any idea why he does this???

Thanx a lot for ur help. I have been playing about with photoshop for a while trying to learn how to use it. But when i see a picture. I don't automatically think this needs to be done or that needs to be done. I want to learn how to make a picture better. lol
