sounds like its the sensor if its only when your viewing pictures. have a look at one on your pc just to be sure. is it showing up on all the pictures, even short exposures and low ISO? blue pixels are quite a common thing if your doing long exposures, its due to heat build up on the sensor...

what lenses you using? its the weight of the lenses which are going to play the biggest part in deciding what to get. the weight of the camera isnt too much of an issue since it sits directly over the centre of the tripod, a heavy lens will affect the centre of gravity and will mean you need...

no, the front element of the TC will hit the rear element of the lens in certain zoom positions. There is a kenko one which will work, but you will lose light and your autofocus will struggle to lock on.

thanks for the replies, i tried rescue pro but its retrieving absolutely everything and renaming it all, this makes it almost impossible to find what i need to find. i found some programs which are a bit more customizable but none of them recognize raw files so wont retrieve them.:bang: simon...
