you can still get sb600 at most online camera stores. i prefer sb600 over 700.. do some research and reviews that has been already made by advanced and pro photographers. they're everywhere... just hit search engine

d90 if you want to save money and get nice glass, d7000 for a lil bit upgrade from d90 for $200+ more.. i'd rather save that 200 to get a prime lens.

non vc is sharper... do some research, bunch of info's, pro reviews are everywhere.

cheaper hoya filters are made in the philippines since labor are less compare to japan that's why it's cheap but tokina/hoya are also doing business in philippines so it wasn't fake for having made in philippines filters. and those more expensive hoya filters like pro1 etc.. those are the ones...
