I personally don't have any issues with the size and build of the camera (without having picked it up of course) but the lack of a dedicated AF-On button is an issue as I use it 100% of the time.
I shoot 200mph superbikes on public road circuits, trying to capture fleeting moments such as...
It's already been said but if Canon delivers on the rumoured specs of the 7D mkII and Nikon doesn't release a D400 then I will be seriously looking at selling up and moving over to Canon.
The D7100 looks like a nice camera but the lack of AF-On and 6 fps is an issue for me shooting motorcycle...
I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for a high end DX body with pro build and features. I covered BSB at Cadwell recently and where are a lot of guys shooting with the D300s or the 7D.
I'd much rather see a D700s as I may be able to afford one, the D800 doesn't work for me so I'm currently only able to shop in the used camera department.
I bought a CF card reader for the iPad from a company in Hong Kong (see the link below) and it works perfectly. I haven't tried it since I updated to IOS 5 though.

I bought a Nikon 1.4 to use wih my 300 2.8 prime. I do use it on my 70-200 when I want to travel light and it works very well. Although you do need to drop it down a stop to get the best results.
An example below of the 70-200 with the converter. These are both straight out of the camera...
I had a copy of the Sigma 300 prime and it wouldn't autofocus with the Kenko converter. You'll need to get a Sigma converter. The Canon converters work if you are a Canon shooter.
What about a D90?
Are you a pro shooter? Unless you need a pro body and weather sealing the D2H would not be worth buying, the D90 would be a much better buy.
