My daughter wants to superimpose poems on a picture, what is the best printer for this?

What is the best A3 printer for my daughters needs? My daughter wants to frame poems and quotes on A3 size paper. The background will be photos and words will be put on top of the photo. What will be the best printer to use? Any help and advice would be much appreciated. Thanks Tony
