Budget 70-300mm zoom for Nikon D90

I've had both Sigma 70-300 APO (on a Canon) and currently got the Nikon 70-300 VR on a D90. For me, there's no comparison. The Sigma is generally pretty good, but the sharpness, VR and image quality on the Nikon makes up for extra cost none-end. Now I don't need to carry a tripod round on...

Blurry moving baby arms and legs issues - with SAMPLES

I know someone who used a cut in half white ish 35mm film holder / case on a shoot over a built in flash on a DSLR. Worked quite well as a diffuser. Improvise I guess and see what happens :-) Main thing is av a go and work from there.

I have the 70-300 VR and it's very, very good. I really like it. Sharp and the VR works extremely well, you can see it in the viewfinder.

    Image Hosting

I find Facebook album's works well. I can share stuff with pals on Facebook and include images in posts here quickly at the right size (I just right click on the image and use copy image location). I've tried FlickR, just didn't get on with it. Photobucket I always found to be extremely slow...
