I'm thinking of publishing a book of my photographs (30 years of shooting folk music in Ireland, UK, EU and North America) , anyone know if Kickstarter is a good way to fund book publishing?

I have clear plastic storage boxes, each balleld with the name of the caamera inside it. I have a bag or two of silica gel in each box to keep the humidity dry.
