    Struggling with Sony A6000

I have a Sony A6000 with the kit 16/50mm lens, I have been shooting a lady friend who sells clothes on eBay at 3/5 ISO auto, auto focus in ap mode indoors, handheld, natural light and the camera will not produce a sharp image. Is this kit lens pretty naff or am I just doing something wrong? I've...

Having owned a Canon dslr and now owning an A6000 I would have to say I dont agree my friend it's like night and day size wise, but if you are happy using what you have and I am happy then everyone's a winner, thanks for you thoughts anyway

Interesting point, I use to shoot a lot of street photography face on while walking into crowds on manual focus with a lovely slow Fuji x100 set at 5 foot wide open it was better than any rapid speed auto focus monster, using a dslr in that environment in Manchester City centre would have got me...

Nothing could be further from the truth in my case matey. I just wanted the thoughts of others as I may have swayed back to a Dslr But hey I am well impressed with the performance of the Sony a6000 already and the kit lens isn't actually that bad in low light so this camera is going to be pretty good with a prime on it. I'm happy.

What's the difference between a zuiko lens and an OM lens? What do I need to search for adapter wise please?

Excellent stuff, I've ordered the Sony with kit lens and pick it up tomorrow, I shall try and get my hands on some glass now. Many thanks for your help and to everyone else.

So how big was the adapter for that and how much including the lens?

50mm is going to be a bit long but I hear you advise thank you. I suppose my other option is old film glass with an adapter for a prime. I did like the 22mm prime on the canon though but I'm unsure about the eos M3 and how fast it would be with a 22mm prime for a general walk around use. No...
