Thanks Richard. Not sure that the Arca Swiss PO qualifies as lightweight though, it weighs 400g with Swf clamp. (280 + 120g, or + 80g for circular clamp) Looks like the Swf FB 36 is going to win for me, 305g and £110 at cguk
