I guess a sturdy tripod, shooting table, soft boxes, flash, and reflectors are the initial components you'll need for a great product shot! I did a quick google search and found this page, it's got some pretty useful info for beginners about preparation, camera settings, and editing.

Has there been any celebrity guests yet? They were always the best part of the show.

I haven't watched F1 for so long, that it surprised me how much the teams have changed! Vettel switching teams was surprising, thought he'd be with Red Bull forever! Good to see Kimi back, last I heard he was in WRC!

My roommate always wakes up early, so i kind of have to get up at the same time. I would love to get up at 7:30, but she always bangs about the kitchen aeound 6:00 :( So i get up at 6:00 now! My city is always busy though, so doesnt really matter

I think top gear was always about the hosts to be honest, otherwise you could just watch any dime-a-dozen car show. Hammond, Clarkson, and May work as a great team together, and i might check out their show on amazon. I dont really care about cars that much, but found their banter and sketches...
