I have 1dmkIII but for the same reason as Euan I am thinking of Pansonic DMC-FZ28. I really like the idea and my wife and I love our Lumix camera's so Panasonic is top of the list. Certainly food for thought....

I was advised by a friend that said he only ever often went out with one lens. the 35mm L f1.4. I bought it, lots of money but just amazing. I do think this is the one and better flexibility than the 50, but we are all individual.....

I never had the mk2 but came from 40D, I have been on experience seminars for intro to EOS and 2 day course for 1D, as far as I'm aware there is really only one shot or servo, which seems commonplace on Canon. Am I missing something???:thinking:
