Whats the ultimate cheap 35mm crap camera ?

I have got a Chinon CE-4 and a Ricoh KR-10. Both are very capable and give a satisfying shooting experience, plus both are K-Mount so there is a massive choice of lenses out there. I have featured both cameras in videos on my channel.

Whats the ultimate cheap 35mm crap camera ?

If you are looking on ebay, set yourself a maximum budget and then be patient. Decide which cameras you like within your budget, read the descriptions carefully (be wary of ads with no description), check the photos at the maximum size looking for any suspicious marks on the lens glass and...

OFFICIAL I HAVE A NEW (FILM RELATED) TOY THREAD!!

All are Minolta (and subsequently Sony) "A" mount and there is a continuous line of compatibility from the Dynax/Maxxum 7000 to the A Mount Sony DSLRs. Sony's E Mount is different. There is a Wiki page on the A Mount: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minolta_A-mount_system

OFFICIAL I HAVE A NEW (FILM RELATED) TOY THREAD!!

To be honest, there isn't much difference in the functions of the models in each generation, other than materials used. My first Dynax, a 500si, has a plastic lens mount and I have been using it for over 10 years with no problems. I think the only people who need to worry about materials are...

Show us yer film shots then!

I think it is the Imp-based Sunbeam Sport, which had a twin carb giving a bit more performance. It could also be the similarly specced Sunbeam Stiletto, which had a "Fastback". It looks like the suspension has been lowered.

    Something New

No matter how many times a scene has been shot, it will always have different light, clouds, people, shadows etc. If you want to be different to modern photographers don't focus stack, exposure stack or shoot water on a very long exposure: Traditional is the new new!

    Thoughts on fomapan 400

I've only shot 120 twice since coming back to film and unfortunately it was Fomapan 200 from "that" batch. In 35mm I have shot Fomapan 100, 200 and 400 with various levels of success, but a few times I have ended up with straightline scratches appearing after a few frames and running to the end...
