    Carry around bag recommendation

    I like my F4AF, it can carry my 70-200 2.8 VR, but not with the camera... :( But it carries LOTS of stuff ;) like the flash and, most important, water!

    I would recommend the D40 with 18-55 VR. Cheap as hell! Really nice camera and lens!

    first go at fast cars

    Bump the ISO about to between 400 and 800, close the lens to make about 1/500 to 1/1000s SS and the car doesn't escape from the DOF, follow the car with your body (hips). Open both of your eyes so you can track better the car. Cares move REALY fast (as you know), conventional shooting...
