Hey everyone, I know there is a shedload of free editing software (picasa etc) but I have no idea which is any good and which of them to avoid. What do people here use? I dont have the money to pay for photoshop and I dont really want to mess about downloadin it. Help!

I'm sure pretty much anyone will be able to answer this question. I've been wondering for a while... What is the difference between digital and optical zoom? My best guess is that optical is the zoom you get from the lens and digital is how much you can zoom into flicks once you've taken...

Im new here! Getting a camera for me birthday (18th Jan, its a bit late as I've not seen my uncle for a while!:lol:) It's a fujifilm s5700 and I'm very excited. Thought I should have a look into how to do some cool stuff with the cam and I've found a right little commmunity by the looks of...
