Personally I've got large hands, so don''t get on withthe XXXD range (even with a grip on), so much prefer the XXD range (although I believe the 60D is smaller than a 40/50D?!). Anyway - what i'm trying to say is, have a think about size - if you like the XXXD size, then I think I'd go for that.

I'd consider a 60D, and use the money saved (i've not looked at the price difference) towards an UWA lens sigma 10-20 or the like, if landscapes is something you like.

I'd say an UWA was the way to go, or how about Macro? - both lens' don't have to be used soley for their intended purpose, but more creatively aswell! Or how about a 35 1.8 (possibly my favourite ever nikon lens!)

My money is on the lens being at fault there!

that'd make a fairly decent kit bag! Depending what you shoot - what about a 1.4 or 2x converter to add a little reach to the 70-200?

Rico - get the 160AW version - perfect for when you only need 1/2/3 lens! (I paid the full rrp when they came out and still think It was good value for the quality - plus I use it all the time (I've even had camer, lens', MacBook pro and a book in it when travelling!)

I believe Amazon have a system where it automatically matches the cheapest possible price on the internet (not sure this applies to every single item) - which sometimes means they make a loss on products, but it's part of a wider strategy by where they are always considered to be the first place...

In one way - both! I much prefer the sepia ( its more of a nice earthy green to me) Size wise it's pretty big, easily fitting a 300D with 70-300, 35, 50, 17-80 plus macro tubes and a flash, and no doubt a fair bit more in pockets or better spaced - Which to be honest I'd rarely if ever carry...
