No I only use cross types - makes selection a bit quicker and I believe they are more accurate?

I don't use BBF so could advise there but why cripple the AF system? i use the joy stick to select the focal point (i'm sure I use jus the cross type)

It doesn't specifically need to be floor paint. I think the stuff we used was kitchen/bathroom aimed. I don't think it would matter - we considered using gloss at one point! but didn't take the risk!

It never flaked in 2 years - It was painted on top of hardboard/chip board with plastered seems. Cleaning is the issue - we often had shoots with shoes. Also - new blue jeans. Put 4/5 people who have been wearing shoes all day (sweaty feet) so the floor gets dampish - new levi's - mess. Studs...

We ended us using various Brand versions, hard wearing scrubbable stuff. Got painted ½ times a week. but there were 45 shoots +

I can't fault the 135L - other than at times it can be too long (indoors bridal prep in small rooms). I pair it with a Sigma f/1.4 35.
