I've been using chrome for a while now. Also tried IE and Mozilla and prefer Chrome over them.. As for speed, can't say I really notice tbh.

I seriously need to catch up on this, will hopefully have weeks 2, 3 & 4 up by the weekend :D Unfortunatly exams have got in the way therefore I fell behind and lost motivation but will get them done asap.

Canon 17-85mm IS. Bought mine new for £280 and its a cracking lens. I've heard of the distortion at the wide end but to be honest can't say I've really noticed.

Looking to purchase a new tripod in the not too distant future, settled on a manfrotto either 055 or 190. Can someone please advise if this Manfrotto ball head will be suitable? For use with a 400D and mid range lens. Thanks.

The 2nd photo is better IMO. Just less cluttered as you say.

Interesting shot. With ND filter could have got a longer exposure to get some more movement on the train, other than that very good photo.
