Hi there…does anyone know if a hard copy of the x100vi pdf ( more comprehensive than the basic manual in the box) is available , and if so where from ?…can’t seem to find anything on the Fujifilm website. thanks..Steve.

Our 21 inch iMac is now 10 years old ,so we think it’s time to look at replacing it...it is used for all the usual domestic stuff plus I use Photos and Afinity. has anyone experience of making the switch from say a 21 inch screen to a 16 or even 13 inch on a Mac book ?..if so how did you find...

I had a similar thing LR 6. could not see photos on an external hard drive ! Managed to get found this by exporting to Dropbox ...which LR could then see and import...anyone else had this?

Well...I updated to El Capitan ..guess what? Aperture not working ! ..it still shows as a purchase in the App Store but won't update and re - install , App Store says " temporarily unavailable " ...off to Lightroom it is then ! Shame as I liked aperture .

Also have a "q"..the lens hood has a "velvet" type of material which provides a tight fit onto the lens in my case....however there has been some talk on the Leica forum that in some cases the velvet is becoming detached...Leica are supposedly doing a re-design which will be available free...

I do quite like the evf ( which is apparently a v good one ).. I sometimes struggle with the whole eye / glasses / viewfinder interface.

so..does anyone have opinions on Leica's latest offering v. The competition...not that there seems to be much..quite like the idea of a full frame , smallish camera with a fixed length lens..it is quite expensive however!

Can't seem to find how to change aperture default...but I can see a choice between aperture library and wd hard drive when launching aperture...so it would look like the images are on the wd hard drive!...anyway thanks for the replies guys!

I think I may be being quite stupid here...any pointers would be helpful ...have downloaded all my images off the I-mac to a portable hard drive ( wd passport) as a back up...when I re-connect the hd to the mac it shows a file "photos"...when I click onto this ( to check that the photos are...

Bingo!!...turns out that aperture thought yesterdays failed download was there,..turning off "don't import duplicates" solved the problem..so it looks like all is well...thanks to those who responded. Steve.
