Figured I should post back after the forum’s advice. My XT-3 arrived the day after ordering and I had to wait until Xmas day to open it as my wife had kindly got me my first Fuji lens for Xmas. Took me a while to get used to no PASM and work out the Fuji way, but it was worth it. Love the system...

Hi folks. It’s been a long time since I posted but I’m finally in the position to get some new kit...but I’m very torn between the XT-3 and the XT30, presumably some of you might have also been in the same boat. I’ll be getting the 35mm F2F and likely next year one of the more expensive zooms...

I find that as I get older my stubble gets tougher. Best blades for a comfy shave are the Lidl cartridges, but for a close shave I've just taken to using the 2 blade disposable Gilletes in a plastic packet. They get destroyed and blunt fairly quickly and are just as good as the expensive Mach XYZ.

I've actually just ended up binning it. Interesting glitch on cancellation though: I was still about 4 months away from completing my full year of the old photography plan (despite paying monthly). I 'upgraded' a few days back and as I'e finally had enough I cancelled within the 14 day...

I used to pay about a quid less for option #1 due to some old HotUK deals promo. So now I pay the full 9.98 for option #3 as I'm currently working across PC and Mac and find it easier to use the cloud. I'm wondering if I did the right thing though...and I'm still in my 14 day cooling off...

Ah well if it helps, I found the EM5 2 the most missed of my m4/3 bodies (and I've had tons of them). It's been the most used camera I ever had. I only sold this year as times were hard and I needed a holiday. Using the fiance's epl7 has been killing me since!

I've had the GX7 and the OM1 briefly. I found the GX7 slightly unwieldy due to the articulating EVF getting caught on my clothes during hikes and I developed OCD about damaging it. However I far preferred the overall feel of it in the hand. The OM1 felt a little large given the features it...

I still miss my old mk1 6d so the af improvements on this will make it perfect for me. Just way too overpriced right now, so another 6 months or so will make it achievable. For some reason my pics were way more pleasing from the 6d than the 5d 3 I stupidly replaced it with.

Lightoom is all about image management (tagging, meta data etc) and a bit of basic PP like cropping and grads. Affinity is a full on photoshop competitor. Feels like we're comparing apples with oranges here.
