Providing the dreaded clouds stay away I'm going to try and stay awake to capture this. I had a little practice tonight with the moon.

Wow i've lived in Brighton all my life and never knew about the Chattri! It looks like a really good location.

Some good advice in here. Since getting another 7d I've been wanting a go at star trails & Milky Way photography! Is there any resource to find dark spots in my local area?

If I know I'm out for the day shooting I'll pop contact lenses in. If not I'll take my glasses off.

You could try http://www.camerasunderwater.co.uk/index.php. If its for the 5Dii in your profile be ready to have VERY deep pockets! Underwater photography isn't cheap I've found!

I've just bought a second hand Canon G10, underwater housing + flash from these very forums! I'll be using it in sharm el sheikh next month and shall post up my results on my return!

I currently have this and 1 other in canvas on my wall, i'm very critical of my own work so only print the ones i absolutely love.
