Fair arguments on both sides. Let's throw another spanner in the works.... Say the person who presses the shutter is the owner of the pic, does that mean the "subject" needs your permission should they wish to publish/upload the photo somewhere?

Scenario: You walk somewhere and someone stops you and asks you to take a photo of them, with their own camera of course. Question: Who owns the photo (and copyright to the photo)?

Has anyone been to the North Weald Airfield near Harlow, Essex? I went to the open air market on Saturday and noticed that quite a few planes were using the runway. I was wondering if anyone has done some plane spotting at this airfield? If so, can you recommend some good locations...
