I understand you want to move away from DaVinci resolve as it may seem daunting... trust me, i was the same! I was a Final Cut Pro guy and downloaded DaVinci..just couldn't get on with it. But after watching videos on YT about how powerful it is, I decided to learn the basics... and believe me...
If i remember correctly, if you go to cancel your Adobe subscription, it puts you through to some retention page and you get a significant discount... might be worth googling "how to get adobe lightroom for cheap" or "half off".
Thank you all for your responses. So change of plan with the client. But undoubtedly I may be asked again.
2 minutes is plenty for what the client is after to be fair. But thank you for the advice.
I think the DJI may be the best option without having to purchase more equipment.
Although...
It will be inside, so protected from the weather.
Umm I would say 720-1080p is fine.
I have checked the Osmo pocket 3, and the only issue there is, although I can shoot for an infinite time, the interval can only go upto 60s
Hi all,
I’ve been asked if it’s possible to shoot a Timelapse for a minor bit of building work which will take 2 days - approx 20 hours of labour.
Is this possible with a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 or Sony A7IV and if so, would there be any risks to the cameras in terms of overheating or burning out...
A bit late to the party, but DaVinci Resolve for sure.
I use it a fair bit and i have the paid version after using the free version for about a year.
I moved over from Final Cut Pro.
Interesting, I imagined it would be lined up in such a way where they were one behind the other to some degree. As per, social media gets excited over normal occurrences
That's a great shot!
Thank you for the info. I did happen to come across the Celestron NexStar, but the 8" is definitely on the pricier side.
I'll have a look into the SkyWatcher you mentioned!
Apologies if this is in the wrong section.
With the upcoming planetary alignment, I was thinking about trying to photograph the planets. I've only ever shot the moon before using my Nikon D5100 with a 55-300mm.
I have since upgraded to a Sony A7IV. I don't have a lens with that same reach...
WOW, duh! Now I feel silly HA!! Thanks for the replies guys!!
I think I'll forget about the tele-converter and just go for a bigger lens at some point. Thanks!
I think I need a bigger lens now... have you shot any planets with yours?
