im still new to photography and learning everyday. im using a canon 400d with canon EF-S 55-250mm IS lens.
ive noticed on some pics that the sky hasnt really got much detail/not right colour etc, from what ive been reading i think i should be using a circular polarising filter ??
is this...
i wouldnt really like to take the canon on a match day, but as its only a tour i thought it would be nice to use rather then camera phone.

one lens ive read thats okay for wildlife is the Canon EF-S 55-250mm f4-5.6 IS. doesnt seem to badly priced
im now a proud owner of a 400d :woot: after alot of phoning around and being told their sold out/not restocking, i managed to find a currys with one (brand new in box not ex-display) had to travel bit further to get it but was worth the trip. (also got lowepro bag and 2gb card thrown in)...
is the 1000d due out pretty soon ? i keep getting told the same thing in shops, been round all of town today and both currys had one left (both display models) few others are sold out and not restocking. the only place left for me to try is argos who's price is now down to £399
been to currys today and they only had the one 400d (display model) left priced at £394. judging by the fingerprints on it its been picked up and fiddled with a fair few times. the most they were willing to do is a camera bag and memory card thrown in for £15 (usually £35 as a starter kit when...
ive deceided for time being im happy to settle with just a kit lens.

when i went into local currys the other day i know they had couple 400ds. the store price was cheaper then the websites but will check if thats the best offer they got.
from what ive been reading/told theres loads of lenses for the eos 400d so if its discontinued theres still loads of...
