    Sigma 18-35mm 1.8 D7100

Has anyone got a Sigma 18-35mm 1.8 on a Nikon D7100. If so would you recommend for main lens for wedding photography. If not, has anyone got any better suggestions in the same price range?

    Camera Repairs

Managed to drop a new Cannon PowerShot G12. Display and pictures now unuseable. Can anyone recommend reliable (and cheap) camera repair service in Midlands (pref Coventry)?

    Budget Tripod Recommendation

You may well laugh, but I have a £9.99 tripod from Aldi and a £14.99 from Lidl. Both work perfectly well with my D7000

    Umbrella clamp

I am trying to set up some lighting equipment on the cheap. I have a couple of SB600 speedlights which can sit on a tripod each. I can buy a couple of 90cm white brollies for £4.99 each, but now need a clamp to attach them to my tripods. Anyone found cheap versions of these or even something...

    D7000 Auto ISO

Have you tried taking picture using a speedlight and set on auto ISO?

    D7000 Auto ISO

I think I just about got away with it. http://www.coventrypeople.com/portfolio194404.html Altough I found myself constantly swapping between A and M modes. I also use the 'party' scene mode when it started to get really dark, which also helped with the autfocus. I'm still a bit perplexed...

    D7000 Auto ISO

Thanks - Whilst there is light, I will go manual or even stick to AP. Once it is dark and the disco is in full swing, I may cheat and go to the 'Party' scene mode. Any reason why that won't work?

    D7000 Auto ISO

Has anyone cracked this D7000 auto ISO issue. Despite having a SB600 the ISO defaults to 3200 / 6400 giving very noisy pictures. The ISO sensitivity has a min ISO and shutter speed, but these seemed to get ignored when using the speedlight. Given that I know my flash will give me ample...

    D7000 Please help!

Back to hating my D7000! Just when I thought I'd cracked it, I find that despite setting a minimum shutter speed on the DSO sensitivity, when using the SB600 it gets totally ignored, therefore I get very slow shutter speeds. Even using the ISO auto and setting a minimum shutter speed, I find...

    D7000 Please help!

Thank you to all who gave their advice. I thought I'd give you an update; Auto focus - I'll come back to this. ISO - Well I think I've had a eureka moment on this. Someone mentioned 'Easy' ISO, which I didn't know existed. With the auto ISO off and the easy ISO on, it all now makes perfect...

    D7000 Please help!

Does U1 / U2 default the priority (aperture/shutter) to however you set it. I assume you can still change the F-stop as you go along? By the way Danny - thanks so far for your advice. You will be pleased to know that I'm booked on a course - unfortunately not until July.
