Thanks for the suggestions and friendliness. I hadn't come across Jessops in my searches, maybe I'll look further into them. I had noticed the Currys, but that's a heavy price to pay for my forgotten charger (especially when calculating the unfavourable exchange rate from Canadian dollars!)...

I'm in London (Greenwich) for a few days. Then moving on to Liverpool. I don't have an address I'll be at long enough to take a delivery. I've been looking at camera shops online, but most don't list their stock. I have limited time (and funds), so could anyone help me out with some suggestions...
