If 70-200 is what you want - go second hand pick up a 70-200 l f4 lens - no is and not the same aperture - but pretty ne when you want to upgrade you can sell again for pretty much the same price - second hand lenses are great value and rarely degrade unless kept in bad conditions
I take too much photo gear on holiday - but no intention of great landscape shots - just tons of photos of the family in lovey lighting and surroundings - the kids will be gone before you know it - great landscapes for later on in life when the young models have flown the coop
cash back claims are normally in the 10-25% zone - so it allows the vendor to advertise big rebates - at a much lower cost - i.e. the if you get a typical 20% claim rate on a £100 - that only costs £20 per item + costs - but allows the vendor to advertise a £100 discount
agree - the before images are pretty good to start with , when you look closely at the after images - they actually loose something. I would say save your money, buy a second hand prime here that has a wide aperture - 1.4 - 2 , probably a 50mm or 85mm, and play with that - if that doesn't work...
