I went to my local club a few times but found the average age seemed to be about 105! I also found it very clicky (excuse the pun) and just not very welcoming at all. There were a few people that seemed ok but found it very dull. After reading this thread I will try some others.

I had a 350D as my first DSLR, it's an amazing camera and brilliant to learn with and will take some stunning images. Go for it is all I can say

Had my Canon 350D for about 4 half years, then went for the 40D. Had that for a few years now and toying with 5D2

Well with the EF-S lens in the mix it can only be the 7D

Think I paid £49.99 for my Bamboo tablet so not bad at all really

I've got the Wacom Bamboo tablet and find it works pretty well. If I was doing it for a living and using one everyday then it would probably be a little on the small side and I would invest in a larger one but it does make PS alot easier.
