What "look" are you tryign to achieve?

ye i need to get myself some cards lol. so cards viewfinder and variable nd filter all musts but anyhtign esle depends on budget and what im filming? also any particualr lenses i should use

cheers buddy. anyone in birmingham with a 5d, id love to meet up with a few people guys or gals, get a little shoot going, i no of an underocver place with loads of graffitti and a abandoned railroad. good for some models to go down too! and also anyone who likes car etc fancy helping me...

ermm. to start with, stationary cars, my doing the moving round etc. out of focus into focus etc. few rollign shots and drivng past etc. just to start with.

yay, i can now join this thread picked up my 5d on saturday night and had a full day shoot in studio yesterday. very happy!

i have got myself a canon5d mkii, im really interested into starting film work, but what do i need essentially to get going? just a nd adjustable filter, and a viewfinder? any tips, help products, advice woudl be great aswell as essential software for mac id need for editing etc

i will be doing the upgrade from mien due to the film side of thigns awell, so really need to grasp is will there be major differences between the two cameras 7d and 5dii on a film level and picture level

well i will be doing weddigns and studio stuff aswell as filming. so image quality is additional benfit but i seem to find my 500d producing good images imo at present so i imagien either is an upgrade, the main thing im unsure of ins the crop sensor, will this affect my filming capabilities?

alsdo would the lens o have at present work well on either camera or would i be best to invest in better lenses too!

home insurance generally can cover away from home, i work for santander and our cover is very comprehensive in this area!

is thwe quality somethign that is very noticable? on pic and with films, im tryign to justify the extra priocetag the 5d holds over the 7d lol

whats the benefits of the 5d to say the 7d? and is it worth the extra pricetag?
