I recently bought a Rolleiflex 3.5F from a reputable dealer in london on a 6 month warranty. It was advertised in Mint- condition. I’ve received it today and there is fungus in the viewing lens. I’ve got it at a decent price (roughly £1000). I’m wondering whether to ask for a CLA or just return...

70 to 80k isn’t bad tbh. Depends on how it was used. Some used cameras are knocked around a lot.

I meant compared to the D3300 and being a low cost full frame body.

Leica is more compact and I tend to prefer the organic images coming from the M sensor coupled with an M lens or a Zeiss lens. Fuji makes some cracking glass as well but go handle the camera before buying.

D700 is as good as it gets. If you can find a good low shutter count body, you’re set.

A reader is a reader but I must admit, I splurged on the Sony card and reader. Working brilliantly for me.

If it’s web surfing, document editing, media consumption etc, chrome book is fine. If you need it for photo editing or something cpu intensive, get a laptop.

Great documentary and what a story!

I find the 35mm 2.8 Zeiss biogon perfect for street photography on my m240. It is a very compact lens and doesn’t block the viewfinder at all. Great results too.
