I use cRAW rather than full RAW on my R5 so the file size is 17MB rather than 45MB - much easier to handle and no discernable loss in image quality!

Firmware Version 1.4 now available for R5 and R6. It contains some useful improvements for stills as well as video. For those into bird photography, this video from "Whistling Wings" explains the improvements for birds-in-flight shots:

I made the move from 1DX2 to R5 and, although it took a little time to become familiar with the mirrorless parameters, the move for me was amazing with the animal eye AF for tracking in-flight birds. Go for it (y)

Paul, I use Lightroom CC on a new Windows desktop PC. I moved from a 10 year old PC earlier this year and find that LR now really flies. My new PC spec is nothing special (Intel i5 6-core 106000; 32GB DDR4; 4TB hard disc and 2x SSDs).

- Although my shots are mainly of wildlife, I remain permanently in Servo for all my static and moving shots. I see no reason to use One Shot at all, because even a posed person/ animal can move slightly.
